Purpose - Discovery is a stage, not a meeting. When you start to think about and discuss a potential project, you are in the Discovery stage. Discovery activities include sharing ideas, concepts, and potential solutions to requests, problems, or suggestions.

 

Other Discovery activities include talking to stakeholders, running ideas past colleagues, and presenting the idea to your departmental Leadership Team.
